The service is very friendly and the ice cream is fine. In a nice location in Antler Village and easy to walk over and grab a scoop after dinner at Cedric's or even walk down the hill from the Inn.
However, considering the Biltmore history with dairy products, and the Biltmore Estate's recent effort to focus more on farm-to-table dining, it's inexplicable to me that the Creamery serves Hershey's ice cream rather than choosing to make their own on site. This really feels like a missed opportunity and a rare Biltmore misstep. Instead of going the extra mile to make the creamery feel special, they've opted for the cookie-cutter easy way out.
