We pretty well enjoyed our four nights at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, but I never had a real hot shower. It was just warm, and never got as hot as I like. I wish I had requested a room on the other side of the building. Our window faced the interstate, and we had to keep the ac fan running so that trucks and sirens would not wake us up, The breakfast was fine, as there is plenty of room for everyone to have a seat. But the pancake machine was not working the last two mornings. (And the pancakes were my favorite thing they served.) The personnel were not real friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver-but it could have been a language barrier.
We chose this hotel for the lower price than other downtown Boston hotels. But it was still about $400 a night, and only a 3 Star Hotel- at most. Another reason we chose this hotel was that it was a pick up point for Brush Hill Sightseeing Tours, and that worked out very well!
We liked being within walking distance of Target and Olive Garden. It was well lit as night and we felt pretty safe. We never used the T, because we found lift to be very handy and cheap. Plus using Lift we were able to talk with some locals and get a feel of the people in Boston.

Room tip: Request one away from the interstate.

Located to the south of the city centre, city centre was easily accessible by train via a short walk or hotel bus to the train station.
Comfortable hotel, very helpful staff, easy access onto the interstate, but not so easy finding the hotel off the interstate if you don'y have satnav, although you could see it.
Good breakfast included and free parking.

Rooms are good enough for a cheap hotel, the free breakfast is pretty good to but the wifi is the worst of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Dropping out every 20 mins then having to log back in, and don’t lock your phone because that’ll drop it out too.

Review would be 3.5 if possible - good for what it is, although that bar is not as high as for other places. Expensive in absolute terms, but reasonable in the scale of Boston prices.

Hotel was clean, seemed fairly nice, air-con noisy so I left it off at night. Double rooms a good size.Breakfast is basic but a good start to the day. Staff all very nice. Communal areas you can sit in as a group. No issues with noise from corridors or street. No safe in the room (reception), but you do have a fridge & microwave.

Location is not central as such, but easy enough to get central - maybe 10-15 mins on T-line to centre, $2.75 each way (September 2018). Stayed here for 3 nights starting a longer trip in the US. Shuttle from the airport great - $5 per person, ring from a complimentary phone in arrivals & they will be there in less than half an hour. Had no problem getting shuttle to Andrew (close walk - but not ideal at night) although you have to use your own phone at Andrew to request pick-up (we didn't have phones working in the US, sadly!). Next to a retail park you can walk to with a few chain food options, a few large stores, including Target for snack stock-up. Not much to do in the evening outside the retail park, but good for a few days if you plan to be out of the hotel most of the day. I would go there again in Boston.
