After reading good reviews for New Market's pizza on Trip Advisor, we decided to give it a try. Walking into the pizzeria, we were a little concerned at the dining room -- kinda small and crowded, but tables seemed clean, so we decided to give it a try. We're certainly glad we did.
We ordered a small Boston Classic pizza with a side salad. Goodness, but the salad was plenty for me and my wife to share -- though we had not started out with that plan. The everything was fresh, crisp, and flavorful. By the time we finished the salad, our pizza was being delivered to our table. Six huge slices, and this was a small! The toppings -- pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers -- were generous, the cheese just right, the crust outta sight -- the brick-oven taste really came through and made for a perfect package.
We barely finished it all. It was memorable.
