Fun trip around the lake in the center of the Public Garden with bench style seating. The boat is paddled by an employee, you just sit back and enjoy!

My family was in Boston on vacation and we were walking through Boston Gardens. We had seen the Swan boats online and went for a ride. It's a nice way to spend a few minutes and it's not too expensive. The ride lasts maybe 15 minutes. There are a lot of pigeons flying overhead so beware! At least we can say we ride the Swan Boats.

Just a quick ride around the pond but very cool to do. No long lines, fares only $3.50 for adults and $2.00 for kids. Great way to spend some time in the beauty that is the Boston Public Garden.

Yeah, it is a tourist attraction, but it's cheap, fun, and a "must-do" if you ever read "Make Way for Ducklings" to your kids. It's powered by guys who pedal the craft around the pond, so it's also "green." I would recommend it.

The Swan Boats never disappoint. We had a great ride and saw the ducks and swans. Great event for all ages. Awesome views of Boston and special on a hot summer afternoon.
