Loved the hotel. A shout out for John McKinnon, Lead Concierge at the hotel. He gave excellent insights, good information and looked like he really enjoys his job and talking to hotel guests!

The hilton is in a great location - walkable to all tbe important sights. Also about a 5-7 min walk to the T station if you need to go further afield.

The hotel is in a historic building, but the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean. This is the first hotel I’ve been to since the pandemic that services rooms, without a special request, every day.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They great you when you come back from a day out.

The coffee shop off the lobby does incredible lattes, and the pastries looked amazing.

It is expensive (and there are a lot of extra fees, and parking is $57 a day) - but I will stay here every time I come to Boston and need to be in the city, whether for business or pleasure.

Very nice hotel that has been remodeled. Friendly staff that was helpful with several things. Location is near many restaurants within walking distance. Little noisy at times as our room overlooked Broad Street.

I stayed in this hotel for a week while in Boston on business. The location is excellent and the hotel is well appointed. However, the service is very poor. You can expect long queues at reception much of the time, and you can expect to have to wait ages for service in the dining room for breakfast. The menu for breakfast is limited and on more than one occasion our order was forgotten. Staff were very apologetic but there was little apparent oversight of service and it was so poor that I won't stay there again.

I have traveled extensively for business for many years. I have never encountered a countertop desk with a standard chair that is a unadjustable but this hotel has it! If you want to work and you’re not 6’4” you will be working on your bed with your computer in your lap. If that is not your cup of tea, look elsewhere. And oh by the way this is just an old and tired place to begin with. The reviews must be written by tourists and people who like scruffy places.
