We learned of this wonderful place through a quick and easy check on TripAdvisor. My wife chose a breakfast burrito and I had a breakfast bowl because of recommendations we had read. Both were delicious with green chiles. We were still a little hungry and had quite a drive ahead of us. An employee suggested the Pecan Pie Muffin and Chocolate Croissant were among their most popular offerings, so I bought one of each. Mind you - we had already eaten breakfast and had lessened our appetites. We decided to share both purchases and split the muffin first. The thought was about how much more delicious this might have been had we been hungrier. It was off the charts on reasonably full stomachs. Wow! Finally, we split e croissant. As satiated as we must have been - it was hard to believe how delicious it was. I still regret that we could not have had a couple more breakfasts in Carlsbad. This was one of the top two meals we had on our twenty day trip.
