Momofuku have several tiers in their restaurant chains, this noodle bar is no fine dinning, but decent quick eat, esp for those travelers need to have some Asian flavor or craving for Asian food, this is a good venue to fix that.
But be prepared to wait for 30 minutes or more for dinner, we arrived at 5.45pm and were seated by 6.20 considered lucky or may be we were there early, when we finished our meal, the waiting probably gets longer as masses waiting have grown significantly.
We ordered most of their popular dishes, salad, buns, chicken and noodles were satisfy with what we get, do expect more Korean influence in those dishes. The service is prompt and decent.
Plan to try their fine dinning restaurant next time.

We had lunch at Momofuku back in March. While we came quite late around 2.30 pm the place was still crowded and we had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Service was good and all the food was great. We ordered most of the items on the menu in order to try most of what was offered for lunch. Everything was great if you like this type of food.

Been a while singe I enjoyed This venue (as I'm not local) seems more ramen on menu now as that's the thing.
Staff here always seem friendly and polite which is good for a busy place like this. Venue comfortable ... Who needs personal space!

Brisket buns are good and shrimp buns are gorgeous.. Kimchi very nice not too hot and spicy.
The daily special of Mayan Prawns was a bit average and way overpriced two prawns and some purée $14
Rice cakes with chicken, egg and bonito was just beautiful great texture a little crisp a little chewy with a delicious subtle sauce.

They have lovely slushies roo, spicy lychee and mulled cider a note the small serve is very small!

The best part of a vacation is the food, and the best food in NYC is Momofuku. The pork ramen was to DIE for. Totally worth the wait. Delicious!
