What a great place to stay in NYC. Awesome service and accommodations, exquisite hotel and views. felt like home...the doorman and concierge were especially helpful. Very clean hotel, great breakfast buffet, prime location, professional staff and beautiful warm lobby and bar

I had a quick two night stay in NYC for a soccer game and Broadway show. The hotel is above the street so it's a little tricky finding the entrance as taxis/ubers have to use 41st entrance not the 42nd street entrance listed as the address. The rooms were spacious and clean with views of Times Square or the Empire State Building. The location was very convenient to walk to shows, restaurants, and the subway. The only downside was that the restaurant stopped serving food at 10 pm, so not ideal after shows, but there are many other restaurants close.

Excellent location. Easy access to all forms of public transportation. Walking distance to a great selection of Broadway theaters. On the upper floors it is absolutely quiet. Great for sleeping. Wonderful staff at the desk and the morning coffee bar. Breakfast rolls are terrific.

This hotel is convenient to theatres, restaurants and attractions in the mid-town area. Not too big, not too small - just the right size for attention from staff. Never seems too crowded. Rooms are fair-size and have good views.

This hotel has an amazing location. Right on Times Square and you cant get any closer. The rooms are very simple, clean and well kept. Their breakfast is not free, and even tho i am a gold member and received it for free, it was nothing special or worth the 35 dollars a person they do charge normally. There is no pool or any amenities they offer to justify charging their crazy prices. Despite the perfect location, this hotel was not worth the money.
