The explosion of [mildly] spicy sauces over fresh fish slices (Tiraditos), hugely unique Kernels of Corn, Red Quinoa mixed into an Avocado/Mashed Potato is fantastic! The Seafood Rice is great, and if you want to try something different: the Beef Hearts with potatoes. And please, don't miss the [out of the Ball Park] Cebiches! The experience is definitely “from the restaurant, to the airport to the Destiny: Peru! This authentic [one-level up] cuisine broadens the senses, so embrace them! Thumbs-up to the Chef: his obsession is the food!
