We booked this stay on 09 Feb; well before the world knew about Covid. I found the contact person for the stay to be a very poor communicator when I started asking about needing to cancel and have my $655 USD deposit even partly refunded. I would recommend future bookers find a more caring host.
Happy happy with the space. Very easy to get around, very friendly kitchen that's big for me. So much room, I will be coming back the next time there's a trip. All the contacts of this apartment was minutes from replying about everything I had questions about. Overall very Happy.
I love how it was minutes to both D and 2 trains. The apt fit all needs, the only thing I would say is put another A.C. unit in the 2nd bedroom. I'm thankful for all the essentials like towels, pots, pans, it was so roomy. Thanx to Tammy and Tommy for everything. I will be back.
We loved every moment of the stay, even though at first we had doubts about the locations it turned out to be safe and quiet.
Every transaction was through cellphone, we didn't have any inconvenient.
We spent a month here... We have been to NYC before so we were familiar with the city.
It was the best ... Very clean,we paid for a cleaner to come once a week she is marvellous he also changes ur sheets, there is no lift so if your not reasonably fit it would be difficult.... This apartment was on the 3rd floor so you can see all the goings on in the street.
The subway is 1 block away& there are several grocery shops & a cvs pharmacy just near subway which is convenient for milk bread.
Beautiful brownstone building, bit of street noise but your in the city that doesn't sleep.
We would come back ... Harlem was a vibrant area.
