Fun little brunch spot that serves up some great food. We both had the avocado toast with eggs on top. The have great juices and limited beers. This place is not fancy, most of the inside seating is family table style and they also have nice outside seating.

Stopped at the quaint spot after walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. It was a Sept. mid-afternoon and need a spot to sit and recharge for our walk back over the Williamsburg Bridge. This place was perfect. We had the Water Flower and Honey Bee mimosas. Wow - flavour bursts, refreshing and relaxing. We shared the nachos libre - which was super yummy with lots of avocado. A perfect spot to take a breath and enjoy people watching in Manhattan.

One of these typical New York hotspots/canteens where the crowd (although mainly tourists) just keeps coming any time of the day.
Atmosphere is green and fresh, service fine, food rather average and a bit dull. Ok spot if in the neighbourhood.

Arrived on a Thursday with no reservations and were given a cozy table outside.
Ordered a beer and a wine while we reviewed the menu, filled with tons of vegan dinner options.
I chose the spicy kale salad with tempeh added, which was as delicious as I hoped for. The kale was extremely fresh and crisp but the dressing softened the leaves to just the right consistency. The avocado pulled it all together, and the tempeh was well seasoned and the perfect addition.
My friend chose the angel hair carbonara with an egg on it, which rounded out the dish nicely.

The server was really relaxed (read: didn't come around too often and was slow bringing the check) but was extremely friendly and helpful.

This was a great choice for dinner and I'd definitely return when in the area again.
