Lovely and charming vintage cafe with one of the best home made cappuccinos I found in NY. The place itself has a singular furniture from the beginning of the XX century. As charming as delicious!

We called into Caffe Reggio mid-afternoon for a late lunch and were delighted to find the breakfast menu available. The scrambled eggs were sensational (and accompanied by a free mimosa!) and we loved the old world décor, including the silver expresso machine that brought cappuccinos to New York many years ago. If you like character, this café has it in spades!

Very rude & unhelpful staff. Space is small and cramped and the coffee is average. Personally would not recommended this place.

Caffe Reggio in Greenwich Village has a delightful indoor and outdoor space. We choose to sit outside for "people watching". Americano coffee served in a huge cup. World's smallest bathroom is adorable.

We visited Caffe Reggio at the beginning of September for lunch. it was a rather damp day so everyone was inside. A wonderful old world eclectic interior and atmosphere. It had a somewhat serene and relaxed atmosphere with classical music piped at just the right volume.
Service was extremely polite and unhurried, but not slow. We had salads and paninis with drinks and coffees. All was well presented and very tasty.

We sat at the back next to an original cappuccino making vessel which I believe was brought over from Italy back in the day by the founder of the cafe.
