Waitress was great, recommended the "lobster tail" pastry filled with Bavarian cream. Delicious. Mocha was decadent. Highly recommend!!

I am 68 years old and had never eaten any type of Italian food.......until this place changed all of that. Stopped in with my young son for him to get a great pizza. The nice lady that served us recommended that I try the cannoli. This place has the world's best cannoli, now I'm hooked!

Two nights in a row we hiked over from our Chinatown hotel to Caffe Palermo. Baby John the Cannoli King was so friendly and boxed up our late night goodies in a box with wax paper wrapping around those little pastry gems and then tied with a string --- giving the whole thing a very classic and tasteful feel.
So what do those cannolis taste like? Over the years I've probably had cannolis from probably 50 different bakeries and these are, BY FAR, the best!!! The pastry is sweet and crumbly while the filling is rich and sweet ---- a super satisfying experience.

We also had a lobster tail (the pastry ... not the crustacean) which was equally awesome.

Stopped on a whim because I read that the have fantastic cannoli. I don't remember ever eating this Italian treat before. Boy have I been missing out. If you are in the area the stop in to give it a try especially if you have a sweet tooth.
