This hotel is located in a great location but that is only one of the good things about it. There aren't many hotels at this price that offer a hot breakfast buffet included. While it was not extensive, it had everything you needed. We had a basic room that was small but the placement of everything was very well thought out. They have a rooftop restaurant that had a party the night we were there, and we never heard the noise in our room! (The rooftop is a fun place to try.) All this would be enough to make me want to come back, but even better was the staff. They were all so helpful, accommodating and friendly!

Very short walk to all major theater venues but not in craziness of Times Square. Hotel is very nice and rooftop is a must see. However, it is very noisy on the 47th Street rooms because of construction noise so you may want to stay in a room which does not face 47th.

Room Tip: South side are recommended because of the construction noise on the north side - and they start early in the morning!!

This was our first time in NYC and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is in a perfect location being only 5 mins walk to Times Square and subway nearby however you wouldn't know it as it felt like we were in a much quieter location including our room which was well equipped and quiet. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great - hot buffet with eggs, bacon, bread, potatoes and cereals and continental options and I believe it is hard to get an inclusive hotel breakfast in NYC. To top it all of the staff were friendly and we really liked the interior decor which sets this hotel apart from the more corporate ones in and around this area. There is also a roof top bar which has great views although we only visited this once. I would definitely recommend this place!

Hotel location is excellent just off Times Square. Room small but good shower and very comfy bed.
Lighting in the Lobby was very subdued to the extent that it was annoying because at times in the evening it restricted vision.
Staff were excellent particularly Andrew and James on the Concierge's desk. Both very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Breakfast was good with a good basic selection of items.
Bedroom had one small window looking out onto the side of another building a few yards away which made the bedroom feel a little claustrophobic with little natural light.
All in all the positives outweighed the negatives and we had a good experience.

Our travel agent suggested this hotel as just two blocks from the shows we intended to see. So perfect location.

Rooms are TEENY although we booked largest room, with windows. However,
The restaurant at the hotel, TENDER, made up for the tiny rooms. We ate dinner there almost every night, always SUSHI which was the best. We are originally from San Francisco, so know food. Very impressed with sushi. And the service was just
Wonderful, everyone made you feel like a VIP!

Room Tip: Get room with windows
