We usually love going here. We decided to pick up our order this particular time. We ordered 2 pizza's and a few other things. They mixed up BOTH pizza's. When we found the mistakes (one should've been dairy free) we managed to eat around it but when we tried to contact them...NO RESPONSE! So I tried twice. Still no response. I honestly would have been satisfied with "We're sorry, we messed up." But still to this day have not heard anything from them. It's a shame but...Zaza's makes a killer pizza! Haven't been back to Damgoode and probably won't. Businesses must realize that you can have a great product but if your customer services is bad you will lose customers. Look at Sprint and following a close 2nd is AT&T.
