Either renovate this place or shut it down Starwood. The Sheraton brand is being destroyed everyday you leave it open.
This place is about even in quality with a cheap motel. Our room had a broken air conditioner. And when we called to have it fixed we were told the engineer had gone home for the day. It was cooler in the hallway than our room.
The computer that was to offer free wi-fi flashed a message that it couldnt connect to the Internet and constantly self restarted.
The room was noticably worn. Walls marked and wall paper patches and visible seams. Mold on the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom.
A make shift closet door that you might find in a dorm room.
They try to hide the years of wear and tear with a new shower curtain rod and marble on the sink. But when you really look at the place is no better than a cheap motel.
We are Starwood members and the value of this property in terms of points or cash spent is really a rip off.
This is our second stay here only because our daughter is attending Penn and we are Starwood members. But we will be going back to the Hilton after this experience.More
