Very Disappointing

Of the 4 days we stayed 3 of 4 we had to continue asking for clean towels and face cloths, one night I called the front desk and sat up to almost 3 AM waiting for the towels and face cloths to come and they never came, one night I called the front desk the phone rang over 10 times and no one ever answered. I requested a refrigerator store my medicine needless to say I never received it and was told that the hotel only had a total of 60 so hopefully my medicine will be alright. Why does a 4 star hotel not have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms? After my experience staying in this Sheraton I'm not sure about staying in another one.

Fantastic Hotel near Logan Circle and Love Park

Fantastic hotel located near Logan circle and love park. Centrally located to city hall, basilica, and walking distance to pick up Phlash bus. Rooms were large with comfortable, clean albeit simple amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good Hotel

Good Hotel. Great size rooms and they have been recently remodeled! The hotel is located towards the back of the city. Not alot of things within a walkable distance. Definitely ask for a room away from the construction! There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Stained pillowcases and bath matt’s

So I checked in on the 13th and three stained pillow cases later I’m finally settled into my room. Next day the room was entered but no towels were left and the bath matt they took was never replaced and they only pulled the comforter on the bed as the sheets were hanging half across the bed. I have slippers that disappeared and at midnight I had to call for towels and a bath matt. Today I had to ask if there was a shortage of wash cloths and bath matt’s since they take them but leave none in return. The GM said since they had already given me 1k points and a night I didn’t need compensation for this continued horror show. At this point my stay should be free, I’m over it and would have moved if it was an option. Disgruntled guest.

Exceptional service with Nasir

Had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a great area. Rooms are spacious. We had the pleasure of having Nasir take care of us. Nasir has exceptional customer service. Would definitely come back. The hotel has breakfast down stairs and a cafe with Starbucks. Everything you need.
