The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and very clean. I loved the modern decoration. The secure elevators require a key to go above the lobby. If we go back to Philadelphia, we will definitely stay at Loews again!

The hotel is hard to find the entrance; parking was astronomical and they lost my key fob. The pool, designed to be a lap pool, was nice, with the exception of the times it was overcrowded with families and couples having "splash time" and did not respect the type of pool it was designed to be.
Beautiful outside. No fridge , no bag for ice bucket, no tong to scoop out ice, no microwave. Single of tv kept cutting off losing signal for hours, wifi was slower than dial up. Request blankets we never received, could hear next door room open and close from the bed in our room. could hear stairwell door and stomping from our room, hair on bathroom floor. Parking was $45 for guest. Parking attendant lost my car. Valet put it on a floor but didn’t label the exact parking spot!
Great location next to the market and convenient ability to purchase parking. Rooms were pretty big and neat. Would prefer contactless room service option. Also, we were unable to find towels by the pool.
The Loew's is a great place to stay in Center City Phily! Very convenient to all the major attractions in Phily! The room was immaculate and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You'll have a great time!
Great room great place. Real clean. Staff was great. Small valet parking spot - staff was great but the size of it makes it a slow process. It was a definite bottle neck during our arrival and departure.
