Central to the City and walkable to Walnut St Theatre (one of the events scheduled), Reading Makt,, and Chinatown. Go direct to valet parking garage and unload there, not on the street like I did. The Hotel could had given better instructions re. parking in Phila. Room was excellent. View was great. I didn't eat at the Hotel; went to nearby dining. Reasonable price for a hotel like this. I would stay here again when visiting the City.More

Beautiful rooms, great staff. The hotel is clean and neat. The amenities like the spa and fitness center are a great addition to the experience. I used the steam room in the morning, and it was immaculate. This was a great experience overall.

Everyone from the front desk to resturant went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a successful staff. Room was large and quiet and clean. valet parking as easy. I would go back if ever in Philly again!

We were a little bummed that the room we'd booked wasn't available at check-in. The hotel was slammed with a large bridal party, so selections were slim. The front desk staff did everything they could to accommodate, but we ultimately ended up in a class lower than booked. We were provided with a meal credit, which helped.

All of the bedding was dirty and used. The room could’ve used an upgrade. It is a very nice location but the room is what left a sour taste in our mouth. Does not live up to the Loews standard. Very disappointing even for our short stay.

Business trip with spouse for Office holiday party. Had a wonderful and relaxing time at Hotel. Great location in Philadelphia downtown area at a walking distance from our party venue. Nice valet parking service.
