The hotel is conveniently located, and I liked that it was right next to Chinatown and a Dunkin Donuts. I really only have a few complaints, most of which are minuscule:
1. The coffee setup in the room has no stirrers or lids. Incidentally, the lids in the lobby are a different size.
2. Breakfast is not included with your room. From what I could tell, it was $15 for a buffet, which is a bit steep for breakfast.
3. While the bathtub was clean, it needed a bit of maintenance. The bathtub faucet had detached from the wall.
4. This one was a bit weird. My room was one off from a fire escape. The room closest to the escape, I noticed on a Wednesday afternoon ~4 that they had gotten room service, and set the glasses (maybe about 7) out to be picked up. More than 24 hours later, the same glasses were still there. Meanwhile, the latch to keep the door closed from the inside was shut, then had the door shut on top of it, which effectively kept the door propped open. And not just an hour or two, either. There wasn't any noise, so I didn't have a reason to complain, but it was just odd.
