Hotel was very clean , COVID knowledgeable. Helpful. Staff was very respectful . The room was very comfortable. Quiet and clean. No one bothered us unless we made a request. The overall stay was perfect.

My daughter and I arrived to Philly and were welcomed at this location. Room was ready early and had great views. Ask for room 1101! We felt safe and enjoyed walking to the great dining options and nearby shops. It was a 15 min walk to Reading Terminal Market and not much further to Art Museum. I highly recommend Club Quarters Philly!
The hotel location is pretty convenient, close to the downtown. Clean and modern looking. The staff members were really friendly, at check in they gave me a number to call if I need anything. Overall great experience.
Had a very nice and helpful young man named Marquis who helped us from the door inside,Super friendly and courteous. And when we needed something for our room there he was again on the spot! What service! Highly recommend!
I am 8 months pregnant and looking for some me time so I initially booked the club room. Once checked in I noticed that particular room does not come with a tub so I requested to upgrade my room. The front desk personnel, Milton was so very kind to give me the upgrade free of charge! Thank you Milton!
This was my 2nd time at this location. Very helpful, friendly, patient and kind staff. I had wifi on my phone but was unable to get it on my new chrome pad. Staff was very helpful and patient in showing me how to do it. and had a great attitude. Also I loved the water bottle refill by the elevator, which I used 4 times. It provided cold purified water at no charge. The rooms have everything needed for a good stay and the hotel is very affordable. Just a joy all around.
