Great price, good value. Front desk was very nice and congenial. I had some questions and they answered all of them. The concierge remembered what I was in town for. Tysiear and Dermot were great!

I usually get helpful service at club quarters philadelphia. You get convenient self service check in and check out options, but the staff is always helpful as well. Yesterday Dermot and Tysiear were great helping me get checked in early. Another great experience.

Everything about my stay was great. First of all the hotel is beautiful, it has a classic feel with updated amenities. For the price, quality, and location, i don’t think you can find a better deal in Philly. I checked in on Saturday evening and the woman who checked me in had me in my room in under 5 minutes. Dermot was very helpful as well, seems like Tysiear the manager does a great job. Bonus points for the awesome do-it-yourself coffee and espresso machine. Will book again.

Needed a place to stay that was centrally located and this exceeded expectations. Clean, practical yet still updated and sleek accommodations for an affordable price. Tysiear & Dermot made the stay extremely memorable and their service is why we will return!

Excellent customer service by both Tysiear and Dermot. Was able to check in an hour early and had no issues whatsoever. If you need a cost efficient stay in downtown Philly, this is the place to go and would recommend being serviced by the two aforementioned gentlemen.
