Had a terrible experience here. I had a reservation for here for over 6 months. When I went to check in, they oversold the hotel on a convention weekend and gave me walking papers to a hotel over 30 minutes away. I already parked in a no in/out privileges and the rude staff laughed at me when I asked if transportation would be provided. When trying to get a reason why they would oversell so much on a convention weekend, the staff was very rude, went away, and then threated to call the police if I didn't leave their property. I attempted to contact Hilton Hotels & Resorts but complaints are ignored and sent to the Hotel itself. Which led to the copy/paste "sorry this happened, we hope to serve you better in the future". No admission of fault, no "sorry, we will not oversell our rooms on a convention weekend". It doesn't even make sense to oversell a hotel when they require a credit card to book the room and will charge you if you don't cancel within 3 days anyway. I feel bad for anyone who can not make their stay, get charged, and would never have had a room anyway. This is a terrible practice and I hope that you avoid this hotel if you are travelling from a distance away or flying into the city, expecting to have a hotel next to the convention center. I can understand a room not being available for some reasons. a broken pipe, electrical issue, etc. But the stack of walking papers was at least 20 pages thick. I can't trust this hotel nor any other Hilton Hotels & Resorts to honor a reservation.
