We had waaaaay too much time on our hands as we arrived at the airport early. My companion cheekily asked for me to find him a Dos Equis ambar while we waited for our late afternoon flight. I didn't go far to see that this little bar had XX Ambar--on tap, no less! Made for a happy camper before we even sat down. I was happy with the KJ chardonnay, a nice pour. We settled in with our beverages and the chips and salsa, which is higher on the heat scale than standard Mexican fare and more of the same. Our waitress was spunky and energetic, Charisse, I think her name was. She was an absolute delight as our server. The only downside--and no fault to the restaurant--was the family with a few already cranky, screaming toddlers who ruled their parents. Weren't we happy to find them all on our five-hour flight that was delayed two hours on the ground?
