Spent a short time at this station, simply passing through on a business trip. The station was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the variety of the foods offered in the station as well as the helpful attendants. The flower vendor was also a nice touch. Thanks for a good experience!

30th Street Station in Philadelphia is a testament to days gone by. Grand in scale (not quite as grand as Grand Central in NYC), clean, centrally located and easily accessible, with an array of options for grabbing a bite on the run, it is a comfortable place to catch your train. I am particularly fond of the old-fashioned train information board with its split-flap display.

Station is architecturally impressive. Not exactly downtown however. Grubby subway station nearby. Lots of taxis. Nice Amtrak first class lounge

Not sure if it's on the tourist trail, but if you've ever used Penn Station in New York City - a disgusting rat maze - you'll appreciate what a gem 30th St. Station is. Philadelphia is lucky to have it.
