Chose this for location and reasonable price. The staff was friendly and professional, the room clean and cosy and their breakfast a good way to start the day. My only issue with my room was the thin walls and floor. I could hear the neighbors talking, who were up all night, and the people on the upper floor walking about.

Clean Hotel with great location to see the historical sites and close to many restaurants. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Parking is offsite and a little walk away but not bad and easy to find. Will stay at this hotel again on future trips to Philadelphia!
I was in Philly for a quick trip (less than 24 hours) and this hotel was in a great location for me, the rooms were clean, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend if you're looking for an affordable option in the middle of Old City.
This is a delightful stay that my wife and I had for one night at this hotel. We chose it because the Google reviews for this hotel were all excellent and responded to by the management team, whereas the one across town had a bunch of negative reviews, all of which went unanswered. This hotel lived up to its excellent reputation. It was clean, friendly, well run, and delightful.
