We stayed here for the marathon and really liked this hotel! The location in the heart of the city can't be beat. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby as well as easy walking to the convention center and other museums and historical sites. I do agree with others that personally because I am not used to city noise I did find it be loud at night, even from the 17th floor! Wearing earplugs easily took care of this. We also had an issue where the attendant was not able to find our car in the parking garage and we needed to find it ourselves (the key had been left in the car). The room was large for a city hotel room and clean and nice. The lobby was surprisingly dark and small but I don't think this very important. Lastly I also agree that the breakfast was very nice but did use a lot of plastic waste.

This is a good and modern hotel in a great location. Restaurants and shopping are right next to the hotel and the City Hall is about a five minute walk. The on-site parking was fine (extra) and the breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel has a great location, within walking distance of popular tourist sites, theaters and restaurants. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet has great variety. The one negative, especially if you're staying on the weekend, is the street noise. If possible, ask for a non-street facing room; it may reduce the noise somewhat. My first two nights I got little sleep due to partying on the street-It WAS the weekend before Halloween, however, so possibly worse than normal. Still, I'd stay here again.

Room tip: Rooms on non-street side of the building may be quieter.

The hotel is very well-situated close to the main areas of the city that you might want to visit.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine (which we didn't use), and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast, which was included, had a reasonable choice of items, although the coffee/tea area is tucked away - I heard several people asking where it was! However, the main downside wasn't the food: it was the use of "disposable" plates and cups, and plastic cutlery. The bins were filled with rubbish which will presumably go to landfill - there was certainly no indication of any recycling. Don't they know what plastic is doing to the planet?!

We stayed here for 4 nights it is in a great location, we didn't have a car here but we didn't need it the hotel is situated in the centre of the city and within walking distance of all major tourist areas. The train stations were also within walking distance. We arrived to early for check in but this was not a problem the reception and Bell Boy stored our bags whilst we enjoyed looking around the City. They also repeated this on the day we departed as we didn't need to leave the City until the evening. The breakfast was good and included in the booking. Lots of restaurants were local to the hotel. The room was large with a clean and comfortable bed. It was also quiet. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and the Bell Boy was very helpful and friendly
