Delta (right by PHL airport) is a hidden gem! Lobby is gorgeous, rooms spacious and clean, GREAT value in cost (plus bonus stay points at times) is the SERVICE! Marriott Corp should visit and take notes on how well Joy Thomas and the front desk folks go above and beyond, how the support staff are proactive, service-oriented and friendly, and how cared for one feels when staying here. I told Joy "you are the reason I stay here now (over Airport Marriott and the Center City Marriotts). They called me this I mean who does that? (Delta Hotel does)am and asked "can we get anything for you today? new Linens?

Rushane was very personable and funny. He allowed us to have a great ride to the airport all while staying very professional. I was running a little late for my flight but he ensured that he would get me there with enough time. I would use this parking service again because of this experience.

Excellent, clean, freshly renovated hotel. The front desk staff are awesome, and T the van driver is hilarious! Very glad my company uses this hotel to stay at. Always happy to visit here! Vans have complimentary service to and from the airport every 30 minutes.

Great visit. Everyone that we met was great. Marc the manager was wonderful and helpful in us having a great stay. Also the front desk staff was wonderful in assisting us as well. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
