I cannot brag about the staff at this hotel enough!

The entire staff are amazing and make the stay so much better for those that are needing to visit the Mayo Clinic. They are the best! Warm, friendly and not afraid to strike up a conversation when they have time. They also take the time to make sure you are taken well care of while there.

Great staff very helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast options and quality of food were great. Check in and check out were easy and fast. I recommend this hotel

Hotel room clean, staff during our stay friendly and accommodating. Exactly what the Hampton has always been. UNTIL I checked my credit card after returning home to find holds on my account amounting to nearly 3-1/2 times what we were charged for our room. A call to the hotel left me with more questions, especially since I was told they typically place a hold of about $20 over the actual charge for miscellaneous charges. That would have been OK with me...but NOT 3-1/2 times. So I asked to speak to the Manager. I was told he was not in. I asked that he call me when he gets back. I then received a call from the Manager yelling at me for interrupting his holiday with his family! He told me if I wanted his help with something I better talk fast! Of course, I was shaking after his shouting at me and finally just hung up. Definitely not an experience I want to duplicate. Ranked service Terrible only because of the service I received after we returned home. Otherwise would have been Excellent.

This is an excellent hotel and great location. Especially if you are visiting this part of Jacksonville. Great dining options nearby and plenty of shopping opportunities. Free breakfast is a nice addition.

Overall stay was great for my visit. I wasn't to satisfied with the noise outside my room. I was able to hear people walking very heavy in the room above mind, & doors closing outside my room also. Love the cookies!! I got distracted by the front desk clerk @ checkout. The clerk wasn't customer service friendly. I forgot to get my care package to go :(
