We reserved a double room with a roll-a-way bed to accommodate our family of four, including our 16 yr. old son & 22 yr. old daughter as we had just done in a nearby town. We were informed that due to new fire code, they were unable to provide an additional bed, nor were we able to upgrade to another room as the hotel was sold out due to the baseball game. Their solution was to offer several additional blankets for our son to use on the floor. We reluctantly agreed since it was too late to book a room at another hotel. We had to inquire several times about the blankets and as a result were given a $75 voucher to use at the hotel. Since we were eating at the game, we decided to use the voucher toward our room bill but had to argue our case with several people before it was accepted. I have never had a problem with Hilton hotels but I realized in this situation, it was all about the money and not about pleasing the customer. Cleanliness in hotels is suspect at best so to expect customers to readily sleep on the floor is unhealthy and unacceptable. We enjoy Baltimore and look forward to attending more baseball games but regardless of the location, we will never stay at the Hilton Baltimore again.

Our room was extremely pleasurable because of it's historic origin. We love old /reclaimed buildings and this fit the bill. The location was perfect for touring in any direction and all were of great interest.

Nice lobby, room, and ballpark view. Close to Royal Farms where we saw Stevie Nicks. Would have gotten 5 Stars if it wasn't for the jacuzzi temperature. Scolding hot and unbearable! The pool/hot tub area was one of the reasons I selected this hotel so it was very disappointing.

We came in 9:30 this past Saturday night. We could not get to the hotel. I spent 45 minutes trapped in front of the hotel with cars lined up on both sides and the one travel lane blocked by a taxi and then a shuttle bus. There was no where to park legally (even for a moment) no sign of valet service. After circling three times, I left my car with flashers on and ran in to check in. I was told that because there was a game going on, there was no guaranteed parking for guests, at about 250.00 a night! This has to be disclosed to paying hotel guests, I will never stay here again. All of the other hotels in the area had signs in from of their garages saying no more public parking, guests only, not the Hilton. Their first suggestion was to leave the car illegally parked and the valet would get to in eventually, there had to be 30 other cars parked all over that he was going to have to find spots for first. In addition....the housekeeping staff had nothing that they needed because the hotel was full, I passed them twice in the hall talking about not having any pillowcases, tea etc. when they made up our room, they did not replace the shampoo, nor the coffee, and not the normal amount of towels, I am assuming they were out. The coffee shop in the lobby was out of bagels, egg sandwiches and get this, COFFEE on Sunday morning. For a huge hotel, dining is non-existent, there is a bar menu with maybe 6 items, there is another restaurant in an attached building. We stayed here because we thought it was convenient to the Baltimore Convention Center, even that is a laugh, it is attached but several blocks away, we would have been closer by staying at any other hotel on the harbor side. I don't blame the staff but management is not running this hotel well at all. This will be enough for me to avoid the Hilton name.

Solid hotel. Good location in general. Unbelievable location for an Orioles game-right across the street. The room seemed clean. Carpet was a bit worn. The walls were pretty banged up. In general, a good hotel in a need of some minor upkeep.
