I stopped in for breakfast one Sunday morning. I was the only customer in the serving area, but there were several people seated in the dining area. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food made, which I would have understood if they were cooking it fresh, but I watched them pull my food out of the warming drawers. During the 15 minutes I got to observe the manager yell at full volume at several employees, then at several customers who wished to use the bathroom, which they had to be "buzzed" into. I understand the area has a homeless problem, but it seemed to be a bit of overkill on behalf of the manager. I felt sorry for the employees, and could believe that they are subjected to this regularly. I would not go again, and almost walked out as it was, but they pulled together my food at the last second. I cannot recommend.
