Check-in was a snap. Staff were very attentive. Room was updated, beautiful decor. Carpet a little worn but clean.Stayed in room 8000, beautiful view. The room was near the elevator which was good and bad. It was noisy at times when people got off the elevator. I stayed 1 night so it wasn't too bad. It was nice not to have to walk far to the room. The harbor was just across the street. Nice sitting area in lobby. Mall called the gallery connected to the hotel. Self parking was $30 with in and out privileges, once ticket was validated by the hotel. We didn't use our car at all. There is a Starbucks near the lobby. There is a restaurant on-site, sorry, I have no input on it, we didn't eat there. Would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room not to close to elevator. Also ask for room with view of the harbor.

Stayed one night for a boat ride at the harbor. Hotel is conveniently located off of I-95 and the perfect location for hanging out in the Baltimore Harbor.

Rooms are a decent-size large flat screen television with decent channel selection. Nice sitting area with 2 chairs and an ottoman. Desk with chair and lamp. All the Lamps have sockets which is always very convenient. Bed was comfortable slept well.

Connected to the Gallery mall which really did not have much of a shopping selection to offer although the fourth floor was closed for renovations. Across the street from Cheesecake Factory and Unos also Johnny Rockets and several other restaurants nearby in the area.

Has a Starbucks in the lobby and the bar and cafe as well as an indoor pool. Hotel is a great choice if visiting the National Harbor. Would stay here again

Renaissance delivers again. The customer service at Renaissance always amazes me. I highly recommend staying here. You are close to so much. While you are here I also recommend driving over to Locust Point area for some great seafood at LP Steamers.

Phenomenal service and amenities. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but they checked us in anyway. They have parking ($30/day) directly under the hotel, which was extremely helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and extremely close to everything the harbor has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, check in was a little slow rooms not ready and no parking but did get discount for public garage attached. Not enough elevators. Good food. Service personal courteous and plenty. Rooms were nice. I would come back. Attached a mall. Allowed for 1 hour late check out at no charge.
