We planned a last minute weekend trip to Savannah and we chose this hotel to save some money. The location was odd, kind of a questionable area, even though it was only 3 miles from the Historic District of Savannah. It is a new hotel, and the rooms are nice and clean, but the walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors. The complimentary breakfast is average, just be sure to beat the crowd or there's no place to sit. They do offer a complimentary shuttle into Savannah, but you are required to sign up an hour in advance. We did not use this service and chose to drive in ourselves. Overall, we had a good stay, but I'm not sure we would book here again just because of the location and neighborhood.

This hotel is really nice and new. It's close to savannah, has a free shuttle and the staff are really friendly.

The walls are a smidge thin so if you end up near someone noisy intent on partying, shut them down early.

Found the best rate on the hotel's website. Front desk clerks are friendly and helpful. New furnishings and décor. Whole place had an odd odor, like it had just been painted. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet area a bit small, but food was sufficient. Free shuttle service to downtown Savannah. Charter bus full of college students showed Friday night of our stay. They didn't bother us. Our room was quiet. Location and stay was perfect for us. Rates at the downtown hotels are ridiculous.

Clean, inexpensive, comfortable bed and convenient to down town Savana. Breakfast was included but horrible. They used extremely cheap products (as in not real food), and served everything on or in styrofoam. It was a total disregard for the planet and palette of their guests.

Dear Guest!
Thank you for your review!
We're buying our food from Sam's Club. We're offering our guests plastic dishes, so we could have money to serve free breakfast for them!
Thank you for understanding!

This hotel offers a great infrastructure, nice pool, great room, excellent tv choice, nice bed, shower, etc. The staff is very dedicated and friendly. Breakfast is great, tasty and good.

But... the overall noise is just unbearable.

Our room was located next to the main entrance, we could hear the receptions phone, people talking, the elevator moving, its doors opening and closing, guests getting ice at the ice machine, kids running around in the hall, all this mainly because of a half inch gap under the rooms front door, families playing outside just in front if our windows, guests walking loudly in the room above ours, etc. Not that the other guests where making an excess of noise on purpose, it is just because of the extremely poor noise isolation, which is actually non existent. A shame for a such a nice looking new place.

Ultimately, the idea of spending time in a hotel is to get some rest, as in being able to sleep at night, which we could not do.

And although it is a very nice touch to get free and very good cookies every day at 6pm, it will not make up for the rest.

We hesitated leaving the place the first night, in order to go to another hotel or motel in the area, which we should have done. We are still wondering about asking some sort of repair to management, or even to cancel our credit card payement, we'll see. If you are looking for a good night sleep, don't bother, go somewhere else.
