For luxury, it has everything you’d expect. Insanely comfortable beds, Molton brown soaps, great restaurant and bar. For the modern boutique category, it has awesome decor, stunning pool/roofdeck, a game room, free coffee and champagne.
But what truly makes it the best hotel in the world is the hospitality. Thoughtful touches that cost very little for them but mean the most to guests.
When we walked in, they directed our toddlers to a toy chest, which is a seemingly small but absolutely brilliant idea.
And it’s as if a prerequisite to work here is having the brightest personality and warmest smile. It feels like they’re truly happy to see you.

Stephanie and Meghan will take care of you at the front desk, Stratton and Rasheed will appear out of nowhere when you need them, and everyone’s always smiling.
There are so many reasons perry lane was voted best hotel in the world. I think the rating still stands strong.
