My husband and I stayed 2 days at this hotel. The location is perfect. The hop on/ hop off trolley is right across the street. The river street is 1 block away and the famous pink house restaurant is 1 block away. Room were wonderful, Breakfast was ample. Only small complaint is they need more room to set down your plate while getting hot food on the buffet.More

Excellent value with great rooms, friendly staff, and super location. You can use the valet parking, but there is a public parking garage next door. I parked overnight (~2pm to 7am) and it only cost $8.

This was our 3rd trip to Savannah but our first stay at this hotel. I can say that we’ll never stay at another hotel in Savannah after staying here. The main reason is the location. You’re right in the middle of everything there is to do. If you’re planning on shopping this is a great location to just stop by and drop off bags. The Olde Pink House restaurant is right behind the hotel. Also there’s a public parking garage right behind the hotel. It’s literally about 50 feet from the door and only cost us $33 for 4 day’s parking. No need to pay for the expensive valet. River street is directly across the street. Definitely worth the extra money for the location. Visit Savannah Smiles Piano Bar if you have the chance you’ll have a blast!

Great hotel at a fantastic locations. Old town Savannah on the water close to everything. Shout out to James Wesley for providing top valet service. Room provided a view of the water and the busy street below. It was Halloween so it was fun to see all the ghosts and goblins.

Celebrating my daughters birthday was made extra special because of SHEILA MATHIS, the Concierge in the Holiday inn Express Savannah Historic District.She got flowers, treats and balloons delivered to my daughters room, and boy was she surprised. It wasn’t a easy job because Sheila went out of her way to hunt these goodies on her own time. Our visit was perfect in every way. A wonderful place to stay in!

1st time in Savannah for our daughter's destination wedding stayed for 2 nights before moving to the venue. This hotel is in a great location and very walkable to the Riverfront. All employees were very nice and helpful. Our room was large with a river view and a roof top pool with an amazing view. The buffet breakfast was quite good. Would definitely stay here again!❤
