From the moment I arrived, being greeted by Dominic to Valet my car, I knew we were in for a great weekend. He not only unloaded my car full of wedding stuff in to the luggage cart, but also helped me up to my room and unloaded the cart for me. I was exhausted and so grateful for Dominic’s help that I did not ask for. My husband had arrived earlier and was waiting at the bar. Cameron, the bartender, was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and yet super friendly. He took fantastic care of us the entire weekend. We visited Cameron every night we were there. He became our Fairy God Brother, a nickname we gave him, by the time we checked out. The staff in general was excellent across the board! The room had a great little balcony that had a great view of some old churches and part of the town. Housekeeping does not clean room during extended stay due to Covid. That to me is understandable, however it would have been nice if they would offer you fresh towels and washcloths. You have to ask for them. The food was good but not great. The bar has a very limited menu however the avocado dip with the pork rinds was delicious. The only time we ate in the restaurant was for breakfast. The service was excellent in the restaurant and the host that seated us was super knowledgeable of the city and did her best to make sure we were taken care of. Overall we would definitely stay again!!More
