First trip to Savannah and overall it was a great trip. The Hampton Inn was nice. The first floor lobby area was very nice and appeared to have been renovated. The rooms and upstairs hallways were clean but were in need of updating. The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Connie who worked the breakfast area. I would give the staff - Five Stars. The hotel is well located and we would definitely stay there again.

Im a big fan of Hampton inn in general. This one is in a great easy location - walking distance, like 2 - 6 blocks from really cool beautiful areas of Savannah. Rooms were clean, bed super comfy, staff very kind and helpful especially Dana at the front desk - my son and I were totally exhausted from a day of driving - Dana made the check in so easy and gave great advise on restaurants :)

The hotel was great, the employees were friendly and helpful. Will was outstanding with his customer service with his happy demeanor and suggestion for a restaurant for dinner. He took great care of our Gladiator .

Crystal (I hope I spelled this correctly) was amazing!! Very friendly and a wonderful attitude!! I had no wait getting my car. Valet is 100% the way to go. Didn’t worry about my car at all!! Very happy with the service!!!

location great as within walking distance of resturants , water front and historic district.
Front staff very welcoming on arrival.
Room basic but adequate and clean . Bed was comfy.
Pool on the roof quite disappointing as no bar just a vending machine in the lobby however view at night was really good.
We went to the downstairs bar for a drink , but there was no atmosphere or interation from the bar person so left .
Breakfast was nice nothing special but adequate and dining area very clean and welcoming.
Check out staff again very friendly.
We didnt use the Valet parking as felt it was very expensive and the parking garage was only 9 dollars (4pm to 11.00am )
Overall a nice hotel in a great location
