This was our first time to stay at this hotel in Gatlinburg. The Quality Inn and Suites is an older hotel but the rooms have been updated. Our room was a suite with a hot tub and fireplace. We really enjoyed to fireplace since the weather was really cold. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful. Our TV remote needed batteries and he was quick to bring some and install them. There is a complimentary breakfast but we didn't try it. The hotel is not on the main street so it was a quite, comfortable stay. Would definately stay here again.

Nice, quiet, clean accommodations. It is an older facility but has been maintained well. I will stay there again. It is a bit off the beaten path but is in a beautiful community with lovely antebellum homes.

This hotel always offers great rates, and I love the spacious rooms! The hard floor is a bonus since I don’t care for carpet. Breakfast is satisfying and hot. Some rooms have a fireplace, and this hotel is also pet friendly. It is walking distance to downtown (1 mile), or there is a trolley that is only $2 for unlimited rides. I have stayed in higher end hotels in the area, but this is satisfactory especially for the rate. Highly recommend this hotel!

We always rent cabins when we stay in Gatlinburg and did so this trip too but ended up leaving a day early from home and driving all the way into Gatlinburg. We were looking for a room at a reasonable price and found this one online. I can say we were thoroughly impressed!!! The room was spacious and spotless. The fireplace and balcony were just great! Beds so comfy! Perfect location, only minutes from downtown, and it's a little off the road so you feel like you have some seclusion. This place is ideal for anyone on a budget. Very reasonable rate and very comfortable stay!!! We will be back for sure!!!! Thanks Quality Inn & Suites for a perfect first night's stay in Gatlinburg!!!!

We checked in, unloaded our things, and left for the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room! Most hotels have carpet. This one had nice lament flooring and it looked clean. Our room was also very spacious! When we got back to the hotel for the night, it was a little late. We had to call the front desk because we noticed when my girls were about to go to bed that their bed sheet was dirty with fresh stains. The front desk person brought us clean sheets and we changed them and gave the dirty ones back to him while he waited. The breakfast was very good. Wish we had more of a choice of either sausage or bacon (or rotate days) versus sausage all the time. That is just my personal preference. Front desk staff were very nice! Friday evening around 3:15 AM, the heater woke us all up. It sounded like several roll carts with wobbly wheels in our room (Room 309). The heater was going crazy! We told the front desk upon check out and he stated they would have maintenance take a look at it.
