Stayed here for two nights while passing through Greensboro. The staff was very nice and the room seemed clean. The hotel is dated and the floors seem to be made of thin plywood. We were on the 2nd floor and there seemed to be a dance troupe practicing polka waltzes on the third floor the entire stay. It was very tough to get to and stay asleep. Breakfast was the typical 'free breakfast' fare one finds in most accommodations in this price range - rehydrated eggs, Sunny Delight in a dispenser masquerading as orange juice, greasy bacon, and 'fresh-cut' fruit cocktail from a can. This is not necessarily a criticism; it's just the typical fare in all hotel chains. "Heart Attack on a Plate".The coffee was OK. Fitness center was larger than many and decent for a quick workout of most muscle groups. Business Center printers did not work, but the Front Desk personnel had me Email documents to their personal account and printed them for me. I was not totally comfortable doing this, but did so out of necessity. Plenty of hot water in bathrooms. Two packs of coffee in the room for early morning work, and not bad, unlike the single pack of nasty Barista one usually finds in Courtyard properties. There is a Ruby Tuesdays nearby. Surprisingly tough to navigate to, but food and service were OK for dinner after arriving mid-evening. The Internet connection was good.

A great many if the staff were rude. Some were fantastic. Very slow Internet. Rooms small , outdated, and poorly maintained

First and last time at this hotel... The walls are paper thin and it was probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Excellent hotel for people traveling with pets. Plenty of outdoor, grassy areas, and staff is very accommodating. Also close to highway for convenience.
