Everything was superb we enjoy our stay.. food was very delicious nice.. Akshay K was very helpful & all the staff was well trained n helpfull specially thanks to neelendra and Akshay gave wonderful service and we will visit again

We stayed at the Orchid on 20th n 21st Jan. It's a new property, situated at a prime location. Market and many other popular sightseeing points are minutes away. Talking about the hotel, rooms were quite spacious, clean and well sanitized. Staff is very cooperative. Front Office Manager Mr.Abhishek ensures that guest get a comfortable stay. Mr.Banasi at the restaurant was very polite, friendly and recommended some of the best dishes. Food was scrumptious. Would definitely visit this place again!

Great service provided by the staff and especially Kumar who provided great service and great quality of food. The only problem is order being served late but its worth waiting. Staff is really humble.

Vinayak,Rahul,Sharmishta and Pratik were absolutely super friendly.
The stay was very nice and I recommend this place for a stay if you want to have the best experience in terms of stay as well as visiting places as this is a center for all the places.
