I did not really stay at this hotel and hence won't be able to comment of the sleep quality, however this place looked good from outside and very near the main market are and temple.

I had food twice in one day here - lunch and evening snacks. The food was good, with reasonable price. I would like to stay here in future if I visit this place again.

Hotel is located at very good point. One can view sunrise either from room
(if you opt for sea facing room) or from the terrace. Rooms are quite big & clean and complimentary morning tea with biskits is a much welcome surprise. Staff here is very helping & smiling always willing to help you. Also a complimentary evening tour to Sun set point & Ram temple in the city can be organised by the reception on request. Restaurant is quite good with a lot of variety. Morning breakfast is OK but can be improved . They also arranged a complimentary Railway station drop on request. My stay was from 11th.Oct2017 to 13th. Oct. Also a major repair work is going on in the lobby as well as in the corridors.
.
1. washrooms are in very bad shape, needs lots of attention as they are poorly lit as well as need repairs. The place above the seat keeps leaking (Room no.403)
2. As they are claiming to be a 3 star hotel but rooms are not having safe lockers
3. No mini fridge in the rooms.
4. Tea making facility is on request that too in deluxe rooms.
5. Till late night & early morning a loud speakers voice keeps on disturbing you.
6. WiFi is slow

Room Tip: Sea facing rooms are good but cost more

This time in our trip to Kanyakumari we stayed in Hotel SeaView. The hallmark of this A/c Suite Room no: 505 is the glass window through which one can see the Bay of Bengal on the left, the Arabian Sea on the right and the deep blue Indian Ocean in front.

The view of Vivekananda rock from dawn to dusk is really mind-blowing. One can enjoy sunrise from the room tuned with chanting of prayers from the nearby church added by the Kanyakumari beach.
The view of sailing of passenger boats towards the Vivekananda Rock from 8am to 4pm and the innumerable fishing boats sailing endlessly adds to its beauty.

The bed room was clean, linens were good along with the drawing room. But washroom was not upto the mark. It lacks ventilation and the fitments needs upgradation.

The reception needs serious renovation although some works are going on.

The restaurant along with its sitting arrangement was comfortable and classy. The buffet menu has more inclined to South Indian generally veg. The spread of the restaurant was not up to the mark at times where both quality and quantity lagged.

The behaviour of the staff were friendly, co-operative and very good.

I do request all the travellers in India and abroad to visit Kanyakumari. One of the best ever tourist spot of India. (Atleast once)

Room Tip: Top floor rooms with sea view have fantastic view of the sea and Vivekananda rock along with Kanyakumari beach. I stayed in room no: 505.

Stayed with family in August for one night. We took 2 rooms, one with sea views and another the family room. The hotel is decent clean and overall and quite good for this location and one of the best there.
Pretty much on the coast with the shores, beach, temple and the ferry port to Vivekananda rock all within walking distances.Decent restaurant and acceptable quality food as well. Not exactly a luxury or boutique hotel but certainly okay for brief stays.

There was some problem with the AC in family room, so they put us in a different room for an hour and then moved us to family room a floor up near our other room as requested after that room had vacated. Our booking included breakfast which was okay with limited choices.

The room with sea-view as advertised was a disappointment- Sea-views are via the grilled windows that you can hardly open!!! The family room which does not mention sea views were a surprise. Two bed rooms in same room both with AC and double beds each. They are at one end of the buildings and have a balcony looking out to the sea,the rock and has the perfect sea views- but sunrise is not visible from here that well.

The hotel roof top offers the perfect views to some dramatic sunrises. Felt quite nostalgic returning to some fantastic sunrise views aged 40 now, just as I remember having seen in a previous trip to Kanyakumari as a young boy of 7!

Room Tip: family rooms are really good - 2 double beds and private balcony as well

Location-wise, this is the best, with awesome view of the sea and the Vivekananda rock! The room size is ok, and it was neat and clean. One should try to get sea facing rooms. The street facing ones can be pretty noisy.

You have to go to the partner hotel next door for the complementary breakfast. Overall good budget place to stay.

Room Tip: Best views. Rooms facing the sea are much better compared to the others.
