The correct name of restaurant is C.ine 94.
This restaurant is on Xuan Dieu street, not far from Muong Thanh-Quy Nhon hotel.
I booked the room for 30 guests.
Foods is quite good.
The crab soup is my favorite soup.

We found this place on LP/TA and decided to give it a try, as the (prepaid) food in our hotel was not very interesting, to be diplomatic. And we were not disappointed. The first evening was great, we ate grilled shrimp, beef salat, cobia, grouper and toadfish - all very fresh and delicious and you can choose the fish yourself. The cold beer was the perfect accompaniment.

By Vietnamese standards the restaurant is not cheap, as far as I can judge, but well worth the price.

As a matter of fact it was so good that we returned the next day with a few colleagues - and again a great experience, but unfortunately they forgot one dish which finally arrived when most people in the group wanted to go home. Also this time the beer was warm. Staff was attentive despite the mishap, and we had a great time.

Fresh seafood, reasonable price, quick response from staffs. A decent place to enjoy seafood. However one of the soup was too spicy that we could not eat.

We first came five years ago at the recommendation of the chef at the Avani, who gave us a list of favorite dishes written in Vietnamese. This time, staying at the Seagull Hotel, the concierge said C.ine is the best, and quite a few here on TA agree. They're all still correct. This is a top-notch seafood restaurant.
It is also very Vietnamese, so I missed having the chef's list - English language skills are weak here, Qui Nhon being on the periphery of foreign tourism. The menu translations are bizarre and comical.
However, since freshness is the best part of eating seafood, I took a tour of the dozen+ tanks and tubs of live shellfish, crustaceans and fish, and with the help of the waitress, a manager, the menu and a few words of menu Vietnamese, selected dinner.
Small clams steamed with lemon grass, larger clams (which they called sea scallops) baked with garlic and butter, tiger prawns grilled with chili salt, and soft shell crabs (frozen; my choice) fried and served with tamarind sauce, accompanied by a huge plate of morning glory (rau muống xào tỏi) and rice. Everything cooked perfectly. And served one at a time, so one could savor each in turn. With 6 Tiger beers, 872,000 VND or about $40.
I think that's very good value for money. Go for cheaper and it's not a restaurant, but a street vendor, or like buying day-old bread, something to be avoided with seafood.
Is it rough at the edges? Maybe, but welcome to VN. It's across the road from the beach, dining on the sidewalk terrace, and the food is outstanding. We'll be back every time we're in Qui Nhon.

It has not been easy to find a restaurant recommended by Tripadvisor and Lonely Planet that is still open in Quy Nhon! The place is spacious, the gingham of the tableclothes reminded us of local trattoria back home! We had grilled shrimps with salt, spring rolls, seafood salad (do not choose it if you don't like coriander!!) and hot pot with tuna in vinegar...the service was impeccable: we would have a waitress helping cleaning up the table and cooking the tuna in the pot. We just missed a local beer, as in Quy Nhon they all have only Tiger and Heineken...
