Fabulous

great hotel, amazing service, attentive staffs. Nice Breakfast too. A lot of parking space.
I’ve stayed in the 3rd floor apartment which very clean, comfortable and spacious.
A 3*** hotel with the style and quality of a 5***** boutique hotel
Very good value for money and highly recommended !!!

Amazing stay

This hotel is beyond amazing! It has everything, it's super clean and beautiful! the breakfast is delicious and it has all the varieties, so if you're vegan you'll be good!Also the managers are the nicest they are ready to help whenever and the location is perfect. The bus stop is right at the corner and it's only one stop to the ski lift! And if you wanna walk, it's only 7 minutes walk! Loved every second of our stay here and I will definitely come back!

Simply superb

The challenge here is to find fresh words to convey just how excellent the Glockenstuhl is. It is simply perfect.

Small scale (around 20 rooms), owners personally involved every day, beautifully renovated rooms, and a cosy dining room serving the best breakfasts we have ever tasted in Austria.

The location is also perfect; half way between the rail/bus station and the main street, tucked away in a quiet corner with a lovely garden adjoining. Two cable cars are within walking distance giving access to superb mountain walking, with several others a short bus ride away.

The Glockenstuhl just cannot be bettered.

Room tip: Worth paying a little extra for a Studio Superior room.

great choice in Mayerhoffen

Brand new room renovation with very modern bathrooms and new lift. Friendly staff. Excellent cappuccino and breakfast including fresh berries and fruit. Just at entrance to town, which is very busy. Nice to be able to leave the car and walk to dinner. Parking in town looked difficult. Cash only, but there were ATMs in town and plenty of notice was given. We ended up extending our stay from 1 day to 2 days.

Our favourite hotel in Mayrhofen

We returned again this year, for a longer stay this time, and enjoyed this lovely hotel even more. Perfect location in a quiet spot, but only a short walk to the station or into the centre of town with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Also within easy walking distance of both cable cars for hikers. Guaranteed a warm welcome from the owner and all of her staff are friendly, clearly taking a pride in what they do. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Rooms are very comfortable. Excellent choice to suit all appetites and dietary requirements at breakfast. Onsite parking. Lift for anyone requiring assistance to access upper floors. We love this hotel and will definitely be back again.
