Cosy and friendly hotel in a quiet position

Cosy hotel in a quiet position within easy walking distance of the town centre and ski lifts. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and there’s an unending supply of delicious homemade biscuits. The room had a balcony with great views of the mountains, go for the higher rooms for the best views. Highly recommended.

Hiking in zillertahl

Lovely friendly hotel in perfect location to explore Mayrhofen and surrounding area. Great room with large balcony (room 111) and amazing view of the mountains and kept super clean. Good choice of buffet breakfast and hot bacon/eggs. Ideal for local train and buses, less than 5 minute walk to both.Didn't use the spa so can't comment, the weather was so hot we were on the sunbeds in the garden instead . Would definitely like to return in the future.

Room tip: Plenty of walks in and around Mayrhofen of all grades. Two cable cars going up either side if the valley to penken and ahorn mountains.

Third time at Garni Glockenstuhl

This is a favourite place to stay in Mayrhofen. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. Everywhere is spotless. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Quiet location within easy walking distance of railway station, bus, cable cars.
Highly recommended.

Great place in Mayrhofen

Lovely family hotel, offering rooms with mountain view. Located within 5min walk to the center.
Very clean rooms, friendly family running the hotel.
The breakfast is very good, extremely varied, lots of fresh fruit, cheeses and local delicacies. Freshly baked or boiled eggs are offered every morning.
Lovely stay, would definitely return

One of the best hotels for skiers

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and really loved it! Really exceptional warm service provided by Elizabeth and her family. Sparkling clean. And probably the best breakfast I've tried in Alps. Also, our dates were not fixed, and Elizabeth provided enough flexibility despite high demand. Finally, this was the first time in Mayrhofen for me, and I should admit my love to Ischgl is staggering: lots of red slopes to enjoy and great infrastructure.
