If you want 100% service and good facilities this hotel give you everything. I do Recommend this hotel highly both for winter and summer. In winter Nasserin lift station just 5 min walk and centre just around the corner.

We went here on a Blakes coach tour, lovely friendly people, super food - too much in fact. Small swimming pool but was very welcome and had towels for your use too, although no-where to change but not a problem, as you can wrap up in a couple of towels and get the lift back up to your own room (lift is quite close) or you can shower off and dress inside your towel?
The town was very quiet in June, most chair lifts were shut, but we were given passes for the one that was open and really enjoyed the experience. It reallyis a beautiful area and I would thoroughly recommend it.
The only thing that the room was missing was a kettle & tea/coffee etc to make yourself a drink in the morning or evening, but if you take one with you they won't object. You will enjoy the quiet at night too.

Room Tip: I'm not aware of any noisy rooms.

First visited this hotel in September 1973 and really enjoyed the hotel and village.
Decided to return in July 2017 and spent a week there from 8th July.
The village is much bigger now of course but still very pretty.
The hotel is still family owned and the rooms and food are as good as I remembered.
We had a very large spotless room with balcony, large flat screen TV,ample cupboard space and fridge. The bathroom had been newly renovated.
Good dinner choice, plentiful breakfast and friendly staff. Good choice!

Room Tip: definitely a room with balcony

A well appointed, comfortable hotel away from the busy part of town but only a 5 -10 minute walk to shops and cable cars/ chair lifts plus immediate access to walking/hiking trails.
Delightful restaurant with good selection of first - rate meals.
Staff pleasant and extremely helpful.

We booked to stay here with Inghams and thought the Arlberg lived up to their previous guests' verdict: "Great".
Our superior double room was large, clean and comfortable and the free wifi worked well in the room, which is not always the case in hotels offering this facility, where a strong signal is only found near the router, usually in reception. Another bonus was the UK TV channels (BBC 1, BBC 2, BBC World, ITV 1 &4) which were available on the large flat-screen TV. Our bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished and towels were changed daily. All our meals were lovely with plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast and three choices of main course at the 5 course dinner. As summer guests, we also received a very welcome free packed lunch each day (2 fresh crusty rolls filled with ham or cheese, a piece of fruit and a chocolate bar).
The hotel pool and spa were also lovely and we used them several times. Pool towels were provided but not bathrobes (there is a changing room in the pool area). The one downside is that the pool is in the basement and only accessible by stairs-not a problem for us, but some guests were disappointed the lift did not go down to the pool area.
Throughout our stay, we were served by friendly and efficient staff, both in the restaurant and at reception. The hotel is a 10 minute walk up a gentle incline from the resort centre but the local buses stop outside. As a base for a walking holiday, we found the Arlberg ideal.
