The Kona seaside hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was ideal for getting around the village near the water front which had plenty of eating places. Would stay there again.

I have stayed here for a few years now for the Queen Liliuokalani races yearly. The hotel is in a fantastic location to the race starts, has a great pool, the reception is super friendly and available, there is hot and cold water and ice on demand, and check in and out is very easy. The rooms facing the main road are a bit noisy until traffic calms down at night. AC is cold and filters seem updated. Room was clean. Definitely stay here again in the future :)

Rooms were newly renovated but didn't have a coffee maker. Not even an ice bucket was available even so there is an ice machine.
We didn't get the pool view room that we had booked and that was confirmed. We were told that they were sold out and we needed to relax. And staff insisted we didn't book a poolside room even, so we had a confirmation.
Our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. No housekeeping ever.
Even so I love the location I wouldn't go back. It was definitely overpriced for all the things that went wrong.

Easy checkin, check out process. Complimentary pool , bikes , beach towels shampoos etc. 2 minutes walk to Kona beachfront. Good Landry. But faculties in room like kettle mugs, cutlery were lacking . Needed to request for room to be serviced .
Friendly and attentive staff.

Good location, walk to dt Kona. We were upgraded to a ocean view corner unit on 2nd floor, had a lani with a nice view of the pier and boats. The main downfall is no coffee provided. Restaurant next door, great views and food was good. $20.00 fee for onsite parking per night.
