I rarely write a negative review without giving the management a chance to rectify the situation. I did try to get help with dirty sheets, black spots, on both sides of my bed. The housecleaning supervisor said it was my fault since they check the sheets daily. I explained I traveled solo this time, and slept on one side of the bed, so how was there spots on both sides of the bed? The front staff said we will not offer you any type of compensation, as it was not our responsibility. Wow, left another message on their website which was ignored. I cannot recommend this property given how this was handled. Check the sheets and towels before you touch them, but be aware the staff doesn’t seem to value your business. Very disappointing for a large company not to stand by good customer service.
