Description: Centered around the cuisine, decor and imagery of the French Quarter and New Orleans and creating the feel of the Big Easy, Toulouse is one of the most intricate and ambitiously built restaurants in a generation. Our expansive menus offer culinary diversity and range from traditional Creole and French Quarter menu choices to traditional Parisian and French countryside preparations to more innovative dishes that are entirely unique to Toulouse. At Toulouse we are tremendously committed to offering value in all of its various forms, which includes our intricate and texturally rich decor, cuisine prepared with discipline and skill, fabulous cocktails, a diverse Northwest and French centered wine list, unrepeatable and unique people, and accessible prices in an adult escapist and community environment.

The front desk staff at the Maxwell recommended this little place for breakfast. Incredible! felt like we were in New Orleans. Fun and fantastic building, olde world charm, best breakfast we've EVER had. I had a mushroom omelette scramble, hubby had the chicken friend chicken, he ate the entire thing and practically licked the plate! I'm celiac and their menu had plenty of GF choices. Next time we are down in Seattle we will go there for dinner!!! Definitely worth checking out.

Great food, coffee, and service! Perfect atmosphere to enjoy a meal with friends. The restaurant is located in the Queen Ann Section of Seattle. Great area to take a walk after the meal and enjoy the views of the city.

Visiting Seattle with my mom, who had eaten at Toulouse before and raves about it. We were not disappointed.. we both had the pan-seared Halibut and it was heavenly. Very fresh and delicious flavors to compliment.. dessert was a trio of Creme Brûlée in different flavors and coffee in French presses, which is always a treat! It was Friday night, so very crowded and noisy, but the food was amazing.

Had lunch on 2/1/18, ordered the fried yearling oyster/bacon /provolone po’ boy, called by the restaurant a “true po’ boy”, it was far from it! Couldn’t have had more than 1 oyster cut in pieces, all I could taste was the bacon (extremely salty), the fries were uneatable because they were also too salty. My wife’s crawfish meal was mediocre at best, too spicy to enjoy even though she asked for it without andouille sausage.

If in searching for a NOLA’s meal, go elsewhere. I lived in New Orleans and can attest this is not even close to the worse of NOLA’s restaurants

This place was recommended by locals and saw great reviews decided to try it out. Place was packed and there was a wait of 30 minutes. Decided to wait and it was totally worth it. Great customer service and the food was amazing. Very pretty place will visit again.
