We were hired as a band to perform Irish music. Excellent staff! We were treated like rock stars!!! Thank you! We will be happy to come back again. The Valet staff helped us move our equipment and expensive instruments. Handled with care and professionalism!

Went to the bar in the basement next to the Committee Chophouse with friends and met a business associate as well. We got our last cocktail of the evening and were approached by two "managers" and verbally told we had to leave as the bar is closing. This was literally less than a minute after the bar staff told us they were closing but we can sit there until we finished our cocktails. The "managers" stood over us and were forcefully educating us on the fact we had to leave. I said "ok, where can we finish these drinks"? They replied "upstairs". We went upstairs as they followed us like police officers and the upstairs bar was closed. We were then forced to finish our cocktails at THE FRONT DESK. These guys just need some social etiquette training as well as patience.

The Omaha Community Playhouse booked our special guest at the Kimpton Cottonwood for the opening weekend of our production of "Fences". Each of our guest raved about Jon Hickerson, Group Sales Manager, the entire Cottonwood staff, and the total experience for the entirety of their stay! We were completely comfortable leaving our guest each night in the comfort and care of this wonderful hotel!
