Room was clean, staff at desk was welcoming, location to downtown is great, breakfast was made perfectly and very quickly, very comfortably lobby and lounge. Have stayed here many times and will again.

Two weeks in a row, staying for 5 nights as a diamond member. Both weeks asked for an upgrade even was willing to pay for it through the app. Neither week didn’t get to pick my room was assigned it when I mobile checked in. Two weeks in a row have a room with a nasty bath tub that is undersized.
Decent place to be, we were mischarged, then corrected then mischarged again, for one thing. The hotel seems a bit run down and dated, with style of bathrooms, doors, furniture, worn carpets, food areas mostly closed off, funky parking arrangement with a bank. Elevators worked well. Our room was 194.00 per night, and I thought that was a bit much even with honors program, and senior discounts.
This is our go to when we are visiting my dad. It is in the heart of downtown just minutes from the Market. The staff is extremely friendly, always helpful and professional. The only thing I would change is how late the kitchen stays open. LOVE THIS HILTON!
This hotel has a lot of conveniences. The parking garage adjacent to the hotel makes it easy to park and get to the hotel and the location is great for the Old Market area. It is close to the Gene Leahy mall and we were able to walk in minutes to a number of restaurants and shops.
The lobby is beautiful and the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We took advice from other reviewers and got a room on the top floor which rewarded us with great views of the city.
I did find the traffic noise to be distracting at night. We even chose a room facing East and not directly on Dodge and still found myself waking up throughout the night.
For travelers using the parking garage, we found it difficult to navigate when you first enter. Many cars including ours, turned right initially upon entering versus going straight, which leads you to the bottom level that has very limited parking and makes it difficult to turn around and get back to go up the ramp.
Overall, a good stay and would consider staying here again.
The room was clean, comfortable bed and was in walking distance to the Old Market! Several eating and shopping places in the area we walked to as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations as to where to eat as well as a little map to help us get there!
